Bookings

A booking is confirmed when the agreed advance is received. Rates are as published on the tariff page for your season; holiday-date supplements, if any, are always stated in the written confirmation before you pay.

Check-in, check-out & guests

Check-in from 12:00 noon, check-out by 10:00 am. Only registered guests may stay overnight; visitors are welcome in the garden. Please carry a photo ID for the standard guest register, as required for all accommodation in West Bengal.

The forest is the boss

The property borders a protected forest. Guests must follow the safety brief given at check-in: no walking forest paths after dark without a guide, no feeding wildlife, no drones, no loud music after 10 pm. Forest department rules apply to all safaris; permits are subject to availability and government regulations.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancel 7+ days before check-in for a full advance refund. Cancellations within 7 days move the advance to a future booking within 12 months. For holiday-season dates the first night is non-refundable. Refunds are returned via UPI within 7 working days.

Liability

We maintain the property carefully, but it is a forest-edge village homestay: uneven paths, open verandas, occasional wildlife and weather are part of the setting. Guests stay at their own risk; parents are responsible for children at all times. Insurance for travel and valuables is the guest’s.
