Tailor-Made Packages

You decide where to go — we build the package

We don’t sell fixed tours. Tell us the places you want to see, the days you have and who is coming, and we will craft a Chilapata & Dooars trip around you — stay, meals, safaris and transport in one simple quote.

How it works

Three messages to a full trip

You don’t need an itinerary ready. Start with a rough idea and we do the planning, the permits and the driving.

1

Tell us your idea

Message us on WhatsApp or call. Share your dates, number of nights, group size, the places on your wishlist and a rough budget. Even a rough sketch is enough — “2 nights, kids with us, want one safari” works.

2

We draft your trip

We put together a day-by-day plan — safaris with permits, sightseeing routes, meals and station transfers — and send a written per-group quote. Usually within a couple of hours.

3

You tweak, then pack

Swap a safari for a lazy riverside morning, add a day, cut a day — the plan and the quote change with you. Once you are happy, a simple confirmation holds your dates.

Pick your places

Where do you want to go?

Mix and match from around our corner of the Dooars. These are the places our guests usually combine — add yours to the list.

Chilapata jeep safari & the fort ruins

The forest on our doorstep — morning or afternoon jeep safari plus the Nal Rajar Garh ruins inside the range.

Jaldapara National Park

Grasslands, rhinos and birdlife, about an hour away. Morning safari slots fill fast, so we book early.

Jayanti River & Mahakal Cave

A rocky riverbed day trip with the cave shrine and the Buxa hills as the backdrop.

Bania riverside sunset & village walk

Our slow evening — river sand, tea stalls, paddy fields and the forest edge at golden hour.

Bhutan Gate — Jaigaon / Phuentsholing

The India–Bhutan border is a scenic drive away. We plan it around permit rules and your timing.

Buxa Tiger Reserve & Buxa Fort

Forest trails and the historic fort trek for the energetic. We arrange the guide and the route.

Dooars tea gardens

Green carpets of tea between the forests — an easy morning drive and great photographs.

Cooch Behar Palace

A heritage detour for history lovers, paired well with the return journey.

Bonfires & slow forest mornings

Or nothing at all — a bonfire evening, birds from the hammock and food you did not have to cook.

Not on the list? Name it — between Alipurduar, Madarihat, Rajabhatkhawa and the Bhutan border, we probably know the way.

Always included

What every tailor-made trip comes with

Whatever mix of places you choose, the basics stay the same — and everything else is negotiable.

  • Cottage stay — pick your room type, extra beds on request
  • All meals: breakfast, lunch, evening snacks & dinner
  • Jeep safari permits and bookings, done for you
  • Station pickup & drop — Hasimara, Alipurduar Jn or New Cooch Behar
  • Local guide for village walks and sightseeing
  • Bonfire evening with snacks
  • Day plans redrawn around weather, permits and your energy
  • A written per-group quote before any payment — no surprises

Don’t want safaris, or arriving with your own car? Just say so — the quote is built around what you actually need, and we price per group, not per head.
